I ship worldwide. Costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination country, so please contact me in advance for a quotation. Please note that you will be responsible for the payment of any import duty incurred.

Returns and Exchanges

I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Your satisfaction is really important to me so if you wish to return an item, please contact me to let me know first and then re-package the artwork safely and appropriately (you can use the original packaging) and send it to:

Upon receipt of the artwork, and assuming it is returned in the same condition it was bought, I will refund the full cost, minus shipping fees. If you are returning an item from abroad, you will be liable for any import and export duty incurred.

Damage In Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, please send photos and contact me with a description of any damage within 48 hours.

Terms and Conditions

All items sold are vintage and as such can have imperfections which are in keeping with their age. These imperfections add warmth, character and charm. I photograph each artwork carefully and honestly describe each piece, please inspect the images carefully and read the descriptions as I am keen to ensure you are aware of, and happy with, the condition. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions before buying.

Where picture frames form part of the photos and description, they are included as a free addition to the sale. Many frames also come with wire and fixings on the back and will be in their original vintage state.

I do my best to accurately show the colours of each artwork, but it is often difficult to guarantee an exact colour as each device display differs. I therefore cannot guarantee particular shades upon delivery.

I reserve the right to cancel any sale due to unforeseen circumstances. Should you wish to cancel an order after purchase, please do this within 24 hours by emailing kate@myrtle-house.com. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
